Job Purpose:
PURPOSE:
As a Cleaner, you will deliver a high-quality accommodation experience to all our customers ensuring that all holiday homes are cleaned and presented to a very high standard following Parkdean Resorts processes and procedures. You will work as part of a larger park team operating in a fast paced & high-pressured environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Deliver high quality accommodation standards for the guests experience and great first impression
- Take ownership of your time management and deliver expected cleans within a budgeted time frame
- Check and report any repairs in the holiday home through the correct communication channel
- Communicate efficiently and work in a large team in a fast-paced environment
- As a team, discover and implement new ways to improve guest feedback scores
- Go the extra mile to create a clean and safe environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and standards at all times
- Complete all company training provided
- Carry out all tasks following Parkdean Resorts Health and Safety processes and procedures
- Use only the chemical and cleaning material provided in line with COSHH guidelines
- On occasion, you may be asked to perform additional duties or duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given
- It is your responsibility to report any weakness or breach that you identify within the Company’s information systems or services (even if only suspected).
